At Professor, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery under the conditions below:
✅ Return Eligibility
- Return request must be raised within 7 calendar days from delivery.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
- Damage during shipping
💰 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- We do not refund shipping charges (if any) unless it was our error.
